Producer: La Chablisienne — established 1923, representing 200 families and 1,200 hectares across Chablis and Bourgogne. Sustainability: Environmental programs emphasize vineyard health, reduced consumption, and a smaller carbon footprint. Origin: The only Sauvignon Blanc appellation in Bourgogne, adjacent to Chablis AOC between the Yonne and Serein Rivers. Profile: Aromatic, mineral, and refreshing — a nod to its Chablis neighbor. Vintage: 2022, shaped by a mild winter and warm, dry summer that produced vibrant, balanced fruit. Blend: 70% Rays Road vineyard fruit (Hawke’s Bay limestone soils) + 30% estate fruit from Kumeu.
