Join us this Friday from 1–4 PM at Juno’s Liquor Las Colinas for a Milam & Greene tasting that highlights the best of Texas whiskey craftsmanship. You’ll get to explore their full range — from the smooth Straight Bourbon to the layered Triple Cask and the bold, full‑proof Unabridged — all poured in a relaxed, come‑and‑go setting that’s perfect for finding your next favorite bottle heading into the weekend.
Milam & Greene Straight Bourbon Whiskey
A classic Texas‑crafted bourbon made from a blend of hand‑selected barrels. It’s smooth and balanced, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak — the kind of pour that feels both familiar and refined.
Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon
A blend of three distinct bourbons aged in different casks, layered for complexity. Expect warm spice, dried fruit, and a touch of sweetness that builds with each sip — rich, rounded, and full of character.
Milam & Greene Port Finished Rye
Rye whiskey finished in port wine casks for added depth and elegance. The port influence brings dark fruit, cocoa, and velvety spice, giving this rye a lush, dessert‑like finish without losing its bold edge.
Milam & Greene Unabridged Cask Strength
A limited‑edition blend of rare bourbons bottled at full proof. It’s bold and expressive, with deep oak, molasses, and baking spice — a whiskey that demands slow sipping and rewards every drop.
Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Rye
A straight rye distilled in small batches for precision and purity. Bright notes of mint, pepper, and toffee lead into a clean, lively finish — crisp and confident, perfect for a summer pour.
Join us this Friday from 4–7 PM at Juno’s Liquor Las Colinas for a DAMM Whiskey tasting. We’re pouring this bold, toasted‑barrel whiskey so you can experience its rich caramel, warm oak, and smooth, modern finish for yourself. It’s a relaxed, come‑and‑go event — perfect for discovering a new favorite pour heading into the weekend.
DAMM Whiskey brings a bold, modern edge to classic American whiskey. Made in small batches and finished in toasted barrels, it’s crafted for depth — the kind of slow, even heat that pulls out rich caramel, warm oak, and a touch of smoke. On the palate it’s smooth, full, and slightly sweet up front, finishing with a confident spice that makes it stand out in any lineup. A whiskey built for people who like their pour to have presence.
Join us this Saturday from 11–2 PM at Juno’s Liquor Las Colinas for a guided Socorro Tequila tasting. We’re pouring all three expressions — Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo — so you can experience the full range of Socorro’s high‑land Jalisco craftsmanship. It’s a relaxed, come‑and‑go tasting with plenty of flavor, great conversation, and a chance to explore a tequila lineup built on tradition, purity, and time.
Socorro Tequila Blanco
Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Socorro Blanco is distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil. It’s double-distilled in stainless steel and copper stills, preserving the pure, crisp essence of fresh agave. The taste is bright and peppery with citrus and herbal notes — clean enough for sipping or mixing.
Socorro Tequila Reposado
Aged for several months in American oak barrels, Socorro Reposado develops a golden hue and smooth character. The oak softens the raw agave edge, adding layers of vanilla, caramel, and light spice. It’s balanced and mellow — the kind of tequila that feels refined without losing its agave soul.
Socorro Tequila Añejo
Rested longer in oak, Socorro Añejo deepens into a rich amber color and complex flavor profile. The aging process infuses it with warm notes of toffee, roasted agave, and dried fruit. It’s velvety and full-bodied, finishing with a lingering sweetness that makes it ideal for slow sipping.
Then of course, join us this Saturday from 2:30–6:30 PM at Juno’s Liquor Las Colinas for our Allocated Tasting, featuring all eight heavy‑hitters: Traveller Full Proof, Traveller Blend V.10, Blanton’s, Elijah Craig, Weller Special Reserve, Stagg, Sazerac Rye, and E.H. Taylor. It’s a rare chance to sample some of the most sought‑after bottles in the bourbon world — a lineup built for collectors, enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates the good stuff.
