Juno’s Liquor June Allocation is TODAY!!!

Allocation Day is back at Juno’s Liquor today, June 27, and each store is running its own drop — Las Colinas at 11 AM, Arlington at 1 PM, and Keller at 3 PM. Every lineup is built the same way we’ve done it since day one: no secondary‑market pricing, no games, no inflated markups. What hits the table is sold at real retail, the way bourbon is supposed to be offered. You show up, you get a ticket, and when your number is called, you pick from the bottles in front of you — fair, simple, and community‑driven, just like always.

Sazerac Rye

This is the classic 90‑proof straight rye whiskey from Buffalo Trace, built on a mashbill that leans into warm baking spice, citrus peel, and pepper. It’s the same rye used in the original Sazerac cocktail and is known for its bold, spicy backbone with a smooth finish.

Weller Special Reserve

Your green‑label Weller is the wheated bourbon entry point of the Weller line — softer, sweeter, and lower proof than the Antique or Full Proof. It’s known for honey, vanilla, and gentle oak, and is often called the “Original Wheated Bourbon.”

Weller Full Proof

This is the 114‑proof wheated bourbon bottled without dilution, giving it a richer, denser version of the Weller profile. Expect heavy caramel, thick mouthfeel, and deeper oak. It’s the most robust expression in the Weller family short of the single barrels.

Stagg (formerly Stagg Jr.)

Your bottle is the barrel‑proof Stagg, uncut and unfiltered, usually landing between 125–135 proof. It’s known for explosive cherry, dark chocolate, and heavy oak — a powerhouse bourbon that drinks big and bold.

Eagle Rare 10 Year

This is the age‑stated 10‑year single‑barrel bourbon from Buffalo Trace. It’s defined by toasted oak, orange peel, cocoa, and a dry, elegant finish. One of the most consistently sought‑after bottles in the BT lineup.

Blanton’s Single Barrel

The round bottle with the horse topper is the original single‑barrel bourbon released to the public. Every bottle comes from one barrel, so flavor varies, but the profile leans toward honey, citrus, clove, and polished oak. Highly collectible and instantly recognizable.

Weller Antique 107

This is the 107‑proof wheated bourbon — bolder and spicier than Special Reserve, but still carrying that soft wheat sweetness. Known for cinnamon, caramel, and a warm, full finish. Often compared to Pappy because of the shared mashbill.

E.H. Taylor Small Batch

Your yellow tubes contain the Bottled‑in‑Bond small batch bourbon honoring Colonel E.H. Taylor. It’s built on caramel, sweet corn, and seasoned oak with a dry, crisp finish. A staple in the Buffalo Trace premium tier.
