August Allocation This Saturday.

Allocation Day at Juno’s Liquor is built to keep things fair, fun, and consistent across all three stores. Each location runs a timed drawing — not first‑come, not a line — where every guest gets a ticket and the order of picks is determined by the draw. Las Colinas kicks things off at 11am, Arlington follows at 1pm, and Keller closes the day at 3pm, giving customers three chances to participate and access rare, highly sought‑after bottles.  All bottles are sold at our standard in‑store pricing — never at secondary‑market prices.

This is what we have as shown on each picture for each location:

-Weller 12 Year

Aged twelve years and crafted with wheat instead of rye, Weller 12 delivers a velvety mouthfeel and deep oak sweetness. Its long maturation gives it a refined, bourbon‑meets‑vanilla complexity prized by collectors.

-W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B.

Keller Allocated Bottles.

Born from fan input, “Craft Your Perfect Bourbon” balances honeyed wheat and toasted oak. Bottled at 95 proof, it’s smooth yet assertive — a modern expression of Weller’s wheated legacy.

-Weller Full Proof

Uncut and unfiltered at 114 proof, Full Proof showcases raw barrel character. Expect caramel, baking spice, and a bold finish that defines the power of wheated bourbon at its purest.

-Weller Special Reserve

The green‑label classic that started it all — soft, approachable, and gently sweet. Its wheat recipe replaces rye spice with a mellow warmth ideal for everyday sipping.

-Weller Antique 107

A higher‑proof sibling to Special Reserve, Antique 107 bursts with cinnamon, cherry, and oak. It’s a fan favorite for its balance of heat and smoothness.

-Herradura Tequila

Aged in oak and bottled in its signature horseshoe‑embossed glass, Herradura Reposado pioneered barrel‑aged tequila. Notes of agave, vanilla, and spice make it a standout among premium tequilas.

-Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch

Named for bourbon’s founding father, this small‑batch release is bottled in bond for purity and consistency. Rich caramel and toasted oak define its old‑world Kentucky character.

-Eagle Rare 10 Year

Aged a full decade, Eagle Rare offers elegance and depth — honey, leather, and candied fruit layered over smooth oak. It’s a benchmark for classic Buffalo Trace craftsmanship.

-Blanton’s Single Barrel

The original single‑barrel bourbon, hand‑dumped and topped with its iconic horse stopper. Each bottle captures unique barrel nuance — caramel, citrus, and spice in perfect harmony.

Arlington & Las Colinas Allocation. Bottles shown available at each location.

-John J. Bowman Single Barrel

Distilled in Kentucky and finished in Virginia, Bowman Single Barrel bridges two bourbon traditions. Expect rich toffee, oak, and a clean, lingering finish.

-Sazerac Rye

A nod to New Orleans cocktail history, Sazerac Rye delivers pepper, citrus, and clove. Its bold spice profile makes it essential for both sipping and mixing.

-Bomberger’s Declaration

A revival of a historic Pennsylvania distillery, Bomberger’s Declaration blends heritage with intensity. Dark fruit, charred oak, and molasses define its limited‑release allure.
